I have my studio in my garage and teach there as well

I am actually finding it hard to concentrate just now because of the uncertainty of the future for artists and the ability to market our work. Unless the economy turns around I feel it will be months before we are all up and running again.

In the meantime, this break has given me time to work on other forms of art, work in my yard and gardens, clean out my art studio and rearrange my supplies, tasks that I was not able to do during the height of the show season. Always preparing for the next show or exhibition or lecture! This is a nice break as long as it does not last too long. 

When this craziness is over I am looking forward to new gourd projects and will try different techniques that I have wanted to do but have been to busy to attempt.
